Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh and State President Nguyen Minh Triet on Nov.9 sent a basket of flowers and a message of congratulations to Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni on the country’s 57th National Day.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung extended congratulatory messages to his counterpart Hun Sen.
National Assembly chairman Nguyen Phu Trong also sent congratulations to President of the Senate Chea Sim and President of the National Assembly Heng Samrin.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem cabled a message of congratulations to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong.
