As to what mentioned, we would like to request your Excellency Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to help us intervening and facilitating urgently with the Royal Government of Cambodia, particularly with Prime Minister Hun Sen in order to strengthen various International laws, especially on the Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the common recommendation n° 4 and including the convention on habitat rights and the offensive and forceful eviction.

At the meantime, we, representing Boeng Kak Lake area, want the Royal Government of Cambodia, particularly Prime Minister Hun Sen, to provide us 15 hectare of lands in Boeng Kak lake area so that the remaining people can continue to live there and we also want the Royal Government of Cambodia to issue us the legal land titles to all the remaining families or else we want fair and appropriate compensation as the market price, NOT AS LOW AS 8500USD per family or as very low as 1000 or 2000USD per family like the way they did to us now!
