Love Khmer

The most of peoples around the world will not know that how Khmer Krom can keep their own language in Kampuchea-Krom (South Vietnam), where is under being controlled by Vietnamese Communist Government today.

When you visit Kampuchea-Krom (South Vietnam) in some provinces such as Khleang (Soc Trang), Preah Trapang (Tra Vinh), Mort Chrouk (Chau Doc, or An Giang), Kra Muon Sar (Kien Giang), Pol Leav (Bac Lieu)...,you will see many Khmers Krom whom look like Vietnamese today. The most important Khmer Krom today can speak and write both Vietnamese and Khmer language when they have just educated Vietnamese language in Public School (state).

The reason why Khmer Kampuchea-Krom can speak Khmer language like Cambodian people in Cambodia because they speak Khmer language with their families while they are forced to speak Vietnamese language in Class (school).

However, Khmer Krom also can write Khmer language because they try to study their own language in Pagoda.

These are the class of Khmer language (in Pagodas) at Kampuchea-Krom (South Vietnam) today.
