Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh left Hanoi on December 17, and arrived Cambodia in this late morning. When this delegation went to visit the King Norodom Sihamoni, a Cambodian men ran to that delegation.
Now that Cambodian men was arrested by police. The police said that they don know who is him, but he has no any weapon beside just one Mobilephone.
