According to the Police of Cambodia said that a Cambodian men ran to the Nong Duc Manh delegation at 11am, 17 December, 2009 which is visiting Cambodia by invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni is Sam Rainsy PartyActivist.The men is known that Mr. Sou Sophal, 25 age, is a student at the seconds year of the Build Bright University (BBU).
Till now, there are no reaction from Sam Rainsy Party.
