China and Vietnam plan to increase tourism and investment activities

China and Vietnam signed agreements that include proposals for more road access between Vietnam and Western China. The two nations aim at increasing tow way trade to $25 billion by the end of next year through enhancing tourism and investment activities.

The two way trade between Vietnam and China will reach $21 billion by the end of this year. China's shipments to Vietnam are anticipated to record $16.5 billion which is 8.5% more than last year's shipments, while exports from Vietnam to China are expected to reach $5 billion this year compared with $4.5 billion last year.
