Give money to students to support poor Khmer Krom, overcome difficulties

This round, 77 Khmer Krom students have received pre-Khmer Krom support, each student 1.5 million dong, with total over 115 million dong. It is expected late in 2009, the city will continue to give money to support phase 2.
